Meet The Founders
Step One was started by Nitya Pahuja and Tanvi Anand in June 2020. After having gone through gruelling placement process and securing multiple shortlists at companies such as Bain, McKinsey, EY Parthenon, Gartner, Fischer Jordan, LEK Consulting- they decided to develop a medium to help their fellow juniors in securing their dream job.
So far they have helped 150+ students from colleges (LSR, SRCC, Stephens, Hindu, Hansraj, DTU, NMIMS, JMC, Miranda etc.) across the country and raised ₹70K+ for various social causes.
Nitya Pahuja
Nitya is currently working as an Associate at Bain and Company where she works with global clients on macroeconomic problems impacting the business landscape.
She competed her graduation in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College For Women where she led the Placement Cell in her final year.
Tanvi Anand
Tanvi is currently employed as a Researcher with Antwerp Management School, where she is working on a project aimed at developing a digital platform for the assessment and development of entrepreneurial competences, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. She completed her graduation in Statistics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women where she led the Placement Cell along with varied extracurricular activities.
